As we’ve just finished recording our final podcast reviewing Doctor Who’s Twelfth Series we look ahead to the next phase of Cloister Bell and what direction that might take. There are so many eras of Doctor Who we’d love to explore, especially in other mediums. But for now we will both be revisiting our favourite televised adventures for each Doctor. Read on to see what’s in store in the coming weeks.

First up is my favourite Hartnell story, The Aztecs. First broadcast 23 May 1964, this four part story was the sixth serial in Doctor Who’s first season. Its a brilliant historical, and really excels when you consider the budgetary and production limitations. Make sure to tune in and see what we thought of this classic.

Next up is Liams favourite in the first Doctors tenure, The Crusade. A story that only partially exists as episodes 2 and 4 are now lost from the BBC archives. Of course the audio for this story still exists and episodes 1 and 3 are available to own on DVD. Make sure to listen to this podcast as we take our first ever look back at one of Doctor Who’s long lost treasures.

More information about more upcoming podcasts coming in the next few weeks.
